A dashboard built on a bad model looks fine for the first month and falls apart the moment your data volume grows.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Enquire what their testing process<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> looks like once dashboards go live to real users, not just to stakeholders in a polished demo environment.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b><i>Know whether they have handled your specific data sources befor<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e &#8211; healthcare claims data and e-commerce transaction data behave very differently inside Power BI.
