Client is a leading provider of integrated geoscience services, delivering best-in-class geological solutions to the energy industry in the UK. The client required a robust CRM system to streamline their sales and marketing processes. Techcronus helped them implement Microsoft D365 Sales module to automate their entire Lead to Order process flow. Additionally, the Project Operations module was integrated to effectively monitor and manage employee tasks and project timelines. Our team customized workflows and dashboards, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals, and provided real-time data visualization using Power BI.

Key Features:

Dashboard:

  • Custom Sales dashboards provide users with a single-view overview of their work and other necessary details.

Auto-population of Quote Data from Opportunity:

  • Quote fields are auto-populated with data from the lead.
  • Improves efficiency and accuracy in generating quotes.

Approval Flows:

  • Implemented approval workflows for account and contact creation.
  • Ensures that new accounts and contacts are reviewed and approved by higher authorities before being finalized in the system.
  • When the profitability of the quote is less than 20% then an approval flow is triggered and if it is more than 20% then it is activated without any approval.

Profitability Calculation in Quotes:

  • Added a profitability section to quotes.
  • Calculates and displays:
    • Gross profit amount.
    • Gross profit percentage.

Word Templates:

  • Custom Word Templates to fulfil different quotation formats.

Teams Integration for Communication:

  • Enabled application users to communicate directly with contacts via Microsoft Teams.

Outlook Integration:

  • All the details of the contacts as well as activities in the CRM can be accessed in the Outlook.

Activities and Timeline:

  • Included a timeline within each client form detailing all communication with the contacts, including emails, meeting links, and notes.

Data Security and Privacy:

  • Ensured secure handling and storage of all collected data.
  • Compliance with relevant GDPR data protection and privacy regulations.
