This web portal allows any transport company to manage courier delivery and booking services. Company can manage Booking Requests, Agents, Pricing and Real-time Tracking with this platform. Similarly, the customers can Track orders, Do one-touch communication with driver, Pay with flexible payment options, Give reviews and ratings.

Key Features:

The User can be added by the admin or the user can sign up / sign in to the app. The User can login with the credentials and post a courier delivery request. The request will be sent to the admin and the Admin will assign a driver for the same.
The Driver will be added by the admin. The Driver can login with the credentials and make the delivery of the assigned courier delivery request.
The payment for the delivery needs to be made on the platform. The payment will be transferred to the admin’s payment account. However, user type – Retailer can choose to make the payment off the platform at the time of Sign up. For such a case, the admin can generate an invoice for the same in the admin panel and send it via email id to the retailer who has chosen to make the payment off the platform.
