Overview

Techcronus implemented a secure customer and partner self-service portal using Salesforce Experience Cloud for a US-based digital lending and equipment financing company. Although the client was already using Salesforce CRM to manage loan applications and borrower data, they lacked a unified digital portal for borrowers, co-borrowers, and partner agents to interact with the system. Techcronus designed and deployed an Experience Cloud portal integrated with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to provide real-time visibility into loan applications, document management, and service requests.
