Overview

The client provides environment services to different districts and counties in UK. They wanted to make their audit process paper-less. Techcronus worked with the Client to build this Microsoft Power Canvas App for Auditor (field worker) to execute audit with predefined Audit Checklist (specific to that audit only)for both Safety and Risk Audit processes. The Auditor can stamp different milestones on audit like Started, in progress, completed and can create tasks for approval from the supervisor.

Key Features:

Using Canvas App:

  • An auditor can perform the risk and safety audit when onsite using a Canvas App
  • An auditor will be able to identify upcoming audits with client name
  • An auditor can open the audit and see a summary of progress (Sections and Questions completed)
  • An auditor can click through to a question, select an answer, input additional comments and optionally upload documents as evidence. They are also able to navigate to the next, previous and complete list of questions
  • On any question or section, auditor can raise an Activity for the primary contact with a due date
  • On the summary page of the Audit, the auditor can generate a PDF and DOC version of the Audit. For the Health and Safety Audit the auditor can identify the non-compliant responses. For the Risk Assessment audit, the sections are the total scores to the main Audit.

Using Portal App:

  • For external contacts, an auditor can to read and edit tasks linked to their contact record
  • An auditor can read all audits and responses linked to their contact record. They can create, edit or delete audit and associated records

Using Model Driven App:

  • Auditor and back-office team can prepare the audits and track assigned activities as well as generate the reports. This is also used to provide contact management capabilities including management hierarchies within clients.
