Overview

The customer wanted to build a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product aimed at assisting local government counties in efficiently onboarding candidates based on their available vacancies. The platform was intended to allow applicants to browse opportunities online, review qualifications and deadlines, apply online, register and pay for individual exams, manage accounts and multiple applications, and track scoring and status.

Key Features:

  • We developed a SaaS Portal that enables the hiring manager to stay updated on recent activities concerning the government Service Portal and take necessary actions.
  • The Personnel section encompasses Rosters, Positions, Payroll Certifications, Payroll Updates, and Contingent, Probation, Provisional, and RPC modules. Users can access employee lists, view their positions and payroll certifications, and manage probationary and provisional status, along with RPC activities.
  • The opportunities section includes Exams, Applicants, Applications, Certifications, and Preferred modules. It provides features like maintaining a list of exam records, editing and adding new exams, and managing certified records.
  • The correspondence category offers delivery and mass messaging options. These tools allow users to send messages, track their status, confirm receipt, and facilitate mass messaging beyond specific exams, jobs, applicants, or applications.
  • The dashboard includes import and export functionalities, enabling users to import and export employee lists, job salary details, job classes, and employee positions, among other data.
  • The setup option provides comprehensive details, covering agency information, job titles, departments, as well as specific locations such as towns and villages.
  • The reports option allows users to access various reports related to employees, including application reports and year-end reports.
